Incoming Patch v1.1.0


Hi hi! Smirnovff100 here to get you ready for this last update of the game. As the game is now, its lacking a lot of the lore, visual aids, and overall polish that we initially wanted upon the first release. I am happy to say that this next and final patch will fix everything AND be the full project in its final form. Below you can see the patch notes for this update.

  • Fullscreen Switching bug
    - While switching to fullscreen using 'Alt-Enter', the game would crash due to a surface bug. This has now been corrected.
  • Blonk Tyrone Skin bug
    - At launch I disabled the 'Tyrone' skin as we weren't sure how people would respond to it. However, we got over that fact and allowed the skin to be playable.
  • Quit Game option bug
    - Originally the 'Quit' option at the main menu would go the skins menu, then exit the game. This has been corrected.
  • Added animated Trees
    - The grass moves to the wind, rain moves to the wind, why not the trees? Simple as that.
  • Added bunny damage
    - Originally the bunnies had a set number of damage infliction. However, with how much health upgrades you may receive, it was clear that you were becoming invincible. So NOW bunnies actually get stronger each night. This includes the projectiles.
  • Added light source visual
    - Lots of confusion on why the light you had was dying out and we were hoping that collecting the souls would help indicate that you need them to see. Sadly too many people were lost to this idea. So we added a visual aid above the health bar to help.
  • Added Lore Diaries
    - Without a story here, it would just be another arcade game. I want there to be more of a reason to keep playing. That's where the lore comes. It is finally complete and will need to be implemented into the gameplay.
  • Player Cooldown Adjustments
    - To add to the 'This is too easy' fix, we've adjusted the player can-damage timer. NOW you have less time to get out of danger.
  • Skins are now Premium
    - Full disclosure; this was going to be in the game at launch, but decided to hold off until we were actually comfortable with the skins we have before adding polish, sounds, and other effects.
  • Added reusable nuke for right-click
    - After numerous requests for some sort of screen nuke or an equivalent to the 'Holy Hand Grenade', we added this attack as a means to clearing out multiple bunnies at once. This fits in with the lore and finally gives use to the right-click.
  • Changed bunny blood pool spawn
    - Made it to where the blood pool only spawns when the bunny comes to a complete stop. Making it feel a bit more legit.
  • Changed Blonk and Blink to Human Characters
    - Technically this wasn't needed but we felt the characters were too bland. So we altered the design in order to fit the lore of the better.

No release date yet but we're hoping for Early August. Please stay tuned.
